Jennifer is a former Training Manager at Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a Certified Corporate Trainer on leadership skills with a proven track record of P & L accountability, human resources management and recruiting, hiring, coaching and training sales staff to drive performance.

She has extensive experience designing, delivering and evaluating effective training curricula in a corporate environment to include instructor-led, web-based and blended learning methods, collaborating with subject matter experts to understand trainee skill set, challenges and desired training outcome. Jennifer has a recognized ability to streamline and simplify complex, challenging information into simple, user-friendly management development content.

Jeff is a Creative Director with 10+ years of experience in multi-channel design, who strives to achieve one goal: “To Create Brand Passion”. He has produced distinct creative solutions for organizations of all sizes, employing the most recent technologies for state of the art visual communication in both print, Web and digital media productions.

Jeff is adept at working closely to provide end-to-end design from initial consultation and evaluating creative to overseeing press approval of print collateral and site deployments.

Gianetta handles all editing and writing responsibilities for Foresight Publishing Group, Inc., and contributes her organizational and creative skillsets to Foresight MDP. She has extensive experience in writing, editing, and publishing. Her work has been published in various Chattanooga publications, including Chatter, GetOut Chattanooga, Nooga.com, and several business websites.

Gianetta graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BA in English. She combines business with her passion for literature to creatively express the ideas of professionals into a cohesive, inspirational narrative, whether it be in book form or company marketing materials.
